Packaging in thermoformed packaging is widely used for a wide variety of products. This technology involves heating the film to a temperature that is optimal for forming, and then (with the help of appropriate tools and on special machines) obtaining the desired shape of the container into which the product is placed. The packaging itself is sealed with another film of the appropriate (same) composition.

There are two types of film: lower (thicker) for thermoforming (drawing) and upper (thinner) for sealing.
We offer multi-layer (five, six and nine layers), medium and high barrier, flexible films for thermoforming suitable for most vacuum and MAP (modified atmosphere) applications, PA/PE or PA/EVOH structures and various thicknesses (60-400 microns).
