Heat-sealable containers for food packaging

Ready-made containers of various shapes and dimensions, made of PP (polypropylene), PS (polystyrene), and PET (polyethylene terephthalate), as well as other materials, with and without barrier properties, for packaging various types of food, in ordinary and modified atmosphere (MAP) or vacuum, sealed with appropriate heat-sealable film. They provide excellent and long-term preservation of freshness and organoleptic properties of products with minimal use of preservatives.

There are over 300 molds available, and new ones can be designed upon customer request. Different containers can be produced, depending on the purpose and characteristics of the product being packaged, from different materials or their combination, in order to achieve the desired characteristics. You can view the complete catalog HERE!

The basic materials in use are:
PET (Polyethylene terephthalate): transparent and high-gloss, impact-resistant and can be frozen (-40°C to +70°C), for fresh products, catering.
PP (Polypropylene): Flexible, heat-sealable, impact-resistant, also suitable for microwave ovens. Used for catering and packaging hot dishes because they can withstand high temperatures (-40°C to +120°C).
OPS (Oriented polystyrene): crystal clear, high gloss and strength. Used for packaging fresh products and catering (-40°C to +85°C).

By choosing the appropriate container and material, food, especially that packaged in a modified atmosphere (MAP), will be preserved with the use of fewer additives and preservatives and will have a longer shelf life. Food will be clearly visible in transparent containers that will have UV protection at the same time, or they can be frozen or heated when packaged in this way. Some materials allow the food packaged in them to be prepared in a microwave or conventional oven at temperatures up to 200°C.
