A very easy-to-use, economical, and functional FFS machine that creates a hermetically sealed bag with three seals (one longitudinal and two transverse) from a roll of single-layer film. Its innovative packaging system enables quick format changes, saving time and increasing productivity. It allows the use of a variety of film types (polyethylene, polypropylene, macro and micro perforated, biodegradable), guaranteeing the optimal packaging cost for a wide variety of products.

Compact and small in size, the machine can also be used in minimal space. The horizontal seal is impulse-based and independent of the vertical seal (hot air) and is protected by a patent. The parameters are controlled electronically via the control panel.

In one step, the machine seals and closes the bag (which is ejected) while simultaneously forming the bottom of the next package. This sealing system guarantees high-quality hermetic packaging of both very light products (powdery or granular) and heavier products (screws, metal parts) with excellent packaging results for products up to 5 kg.

It is successfully used for packaging bakery and confectionery products, fruits and vegetables in supermarkets, as well as for packaging various non-food products made of plastic, metal, wood, etc. Optionally, for specific, usually heavier products, a package holding attachment, a transport conveyor, and an attachment for opening bags by blowing air (for longer products) are also supplied.
